How to find out who participates at the show and what is presented there?

There is a handy Exhibitor directory on the show website, where you can find names of the participating companies as well as additional information about their products.

There is a handy Exhibitor directory on the show website, where you can get acquainted with the list of exhibitors and find out detailed information about all the companies presented at the show.

Do I have to pay extra for the participation in the show events?

Each event has its own terms and conditions for visitors. Any ticket includes attendance at all master classes at the exhibitors’ stands and events on the podiums, which do not require additional payments. You can find conditions of participation here.

What is the best day to visit the show?

All days of the show are equally fun and useful for visiting as they take place with the same group of exhibitors. We recommend that you first focus on master classes and events you want to visit, since there will be no changes in the exposition itself for all three days of the show.

Do I need a ticket to the show?

Yes. If you do not have an invitation ticket from one of the exhibitors, you have to buy one. There are several ways how you can purchase a ticket:

  • The least time and money consuming option is to buy an online ticket on the show website (you can get a discount before the show opening day).
  • Another option is to buy a ticket without any discounts right in the show hall.

How to buy a ticket with the discount on the website?

It is a simple and quick process. All you need is to have a credit/debit card, then fill in the registration form. After that, you will be redirected to the payment page and an online ticket will be sent to your email afterwards. Finally, you will need to show your ticket at the entrance of the desired hall in Crocus Expo.

I purchased ticket to spring dates, but the show was postponed to June - what do I do with the ticket?

We assure you that any ticket for INTERCHARM Professional issued for spring dates will be still valid to visit the show and all the events during the new dates: June 18-20, 2020. No additional costs will be charged.

In case you are unable to visit INTERCHARM Professional in June, we can offer you two options:
1. You can credits equal to the costs of the ticket for INTERCHARM Professional in exchange to the ticket to InterCHARM 2020 held in autumn (October 28-31, 2020). As soon as the registration to the autumn show starts, we will send you special promocode to get the discount equal the amount you have already spent. 
2. You can also request a full refund. Please contact us via the email intercharm@reedexpo.ru, we will satisfy your request as soon as possible.

Is it possible to buy one ticket for 2 or 3 days of the show?

Yes. There are tickets for 1 and 2 days of the exhibition, to visit three days you will need to buy one ticket for 1 day and one ticket for 2 days

Is it possible to buy 2 tickets at once?

Yes. During the registration process, when you choose a ticket purchase, you can select 1 or 2 tickets, this will free you from filling in the registration form once again to purchase a second ticket.

What should I do if I have registered, but I have not received a ticket by email?

In this case, please, check your Spam folder (Junk box), sometimes letters get there without any reason. If you did not find your online ticket in spam box, do not hesitate to write about your problem from the email you indicated in the form to our technical support address it@reedexpo.ru.

Can I buy a ticket at a discount price right at the show?

Yes, you can get a discount if you purchase your ticket online during the show days. Tickets at registration desks in front of the exhibition halls will be sold at full price. 

What should I do if I bought an online ticket but do not have an opportunity to print it?

To confirm your ticket purchase, it will be enough for you to show the ticket in electronic form on your phone or tablet.

What should I do if I bought two tickets for one name, but I will go with a friend/colleague?

You will have to enter the show halls at the same time, since passing the online tickets and online coupons to other persons is prohibited. 

Are children allowed to come to the show?

Yes. There are no age restrictions at the show (it is a 0+ event).

Do I have to buy a ticket for a child?

For children under 14 entrance to the show is free. To confirm the age of the child you will need relevant official documents.

Do I have to buy a ticket for a disabled / retired person?

The exhibition is not financed either from the city or from the federal budget, it is fully specialized, and therefore there are no state benefits do applied for visiting the exhibition. 

What is the best way to prepare for the show?

We highly recommend you to look through the Exhibitor Directory and the event program in order to find out what interests you most in this great variety.

Why visit the show when there are the same companies every year?

This is not true. A quarter of the INTERCHARM show consists of the companies that previously had not participated in it. This is a great opportunity to visit already familiar companies as well as to get acquainted with the novelties of the show, which also include absolutely new companies in the beauty market.


During the show

Are there are luggage storages?

No, due to the security reasons we do not accept anything for storage, there is no such service at the show

How can I print documents at the show complex?

You can print them at the Service Centre counter near the Show Hall, you can clarify its location on the big plan in the lobby or in the guidebook. This service is paid.

Is there Wi-Fi at the show?

Unfortunately, no. Crocus Expo has its own Wi-Fi network, however, we cannot guarantee its quality

How good is the mobile connection in the Pavilion?

Due to large crowds of people during the show time, mobile connection may be poor in the show halls. We recommend you to go out of the pavilion for any urgent calls. If you are visiting with friends or colleagues, we recommend choosing a meeting place not to look for each other during the show in case of possible communication failures.

Is there an ATM in the pavilion?

Yes, there are ATMs on the 3rd floor of the Pavilion, you can clarify their location on the Crocus Expo website or on the plans of the show. ATMs are also located in the Vegas shopping Centre, which is a 5-minute walk from the show pavilion.

I am at the show on a business trip. Where to put a stamp on a travel certificate?

In the show Organizer Office.

Where can I have lunch during the show?

There is large food court and cafeterias on the 2nd floor of the pavilion-right above the show halls.

How can I find WC at the show?

Toilets are located both inside of each show hall (near the entrance) and on the territory of the food court (2nd floor).

After the show

How to find exhibitors after the show?

You can find the company you are interested in the Exhibitor Directory, which is published on the website for another six month after the show is over. Look through it to find the right company and you will see additional information about it in its profile.

How to get in touch with the exhibitor if I lost its business card?

You can find all exhibitors’ contacts in the Exhibitor Directory, which is on the website for another six months after the show.

I found out about this show by chance. How can I get information about the next event in advance?

You can subscribe to the show news free of charge, after that you will receive a notification email about the start of your registration for the next show. In addition, you will be the first to learn about all the news of the show and recommendations.
