Do I have to pay extra for the participation in the show events?
No, your free ticket gives you access to any show event.
What is the best day to visit the show?
All days of the show are equally fun and useful for visiting as they take place with the same group of exhibitors. We recommend that you first focus on master classes and events you want to visit, since there will be no changes in the exposition itself for all three days of the show.
Do I need a ticket to the show?
Yes. You need a free ticket to have access to the online platform. Please fill in a small registration form here.
I purchased ticket to spring dates, but the show will run online in June - what do I do with the ticket?
1. In case you have already purchased the ticket to INTERCHARM Professional before May 6, 2020, you can reissue it for the ticket of the same category for InterCHARM (October 28-31, 2020). No additional costs will be charged.
To reissue a ticket, please contact us by e-mail: email@example.com. We will be glad to help you!
Moreover, your current INTERCHARM Professional 2020 ticket will be valid and let you visit online show on June 18-20, 2020. Moving closer to the Show’s dates we will send you detailed instructions on how to do it.
Paying for one ticket, you can attend both events this year!
2. If you have already credited the cost of your ticket to INTERCHARM Professional 2020 in exchange to the ticket to InterCHARM Autumn 2020 by 13:30 (MSK) on May 6, 2020, you will receive a unique promo code that you can use for getting a new ticket. It is necessary to buy a new ticket because your previous ticket was cancelled at your request.
Please note! According to new rules, you will receive a promo code which you can use to buy a same category ticket with no extra payments instead. So ignore the previous information that you should pay a price difference while buying a new ticket. No extra payment needed!
Ticket selling to InterCHARM 2020 will open soon. You will be informed personally. No extra actions are required.

3. If none of the listed options suits you, then due to the changes of visiting terms, you can issue a refund of the full price if your ticket was purchased before 13:30 (MSK) on May 6, 2020.
A total amount of payment will be returned to the card you used while paying for your order. As a rule, you can get full refund within 5 business days after processing the return application, however, the terms depend on the bank where your card is serviced. Some banks set the standard for 45 calendar days.
Setting a return request, the entire order is cancelled (all tickets and catalogues that were paid at the same time). Please contact us by e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org to get the refund. It is important that you specify the information concerning your order: e-mail you specified at the registration form, type of the ticket and printed exhibitor directory, if you ordered one. Your request will be considered within 14 days or less. If the information is incorrect or missing, we will contact you to clarify the necessary details.

Is it possible to buy one ticket for 2 or 3 days of the show?
Yes. Your free ticket will be valid for all three days of the show. You can visit any day or even all three days if you like.
What should I do if I have registered, but I have not received a ticket by email?
In this case, please, check your Spam folder (Junk box), sometimes letters get there without any reason. If you did not find your online ticket in spam box, do not hesitate to write about your problem from the email you indicated in the form to our technical support address firstname.lastname@example.org.
Are children allowed to come to the show?
Yes. There are no age restrictions at the show (it is a 0+ event).
Do I have to buy a ticket for a child?
For children under 14 entrance to the show is free. To confirm the age of the child you will need relevant official documents.
Do I have to buy a ticket for a disabled / retired person?
The exhibition is not financed either from the city or from the federal budget, it is fully specialized, and therefore there are no state benefits do applied for visiting the exhibition.
What is the best way to prepare for the show?
We highly recommend you to look through the Exhibitor Directory and the event program in order to find out what interests you most in this great variety.
Why visit the show when there are the same companies every year?
This is not true. A quarter of the INTERCHARM show consists of the companies that previously had not participated in it. This is a great opportunity to visit already familiar companies as well as to get acquainted with the novelties of the show, which also include absolutely new companies in the beauty market.
How to find exhibitors after the show?
You can find the company you are interested in the Exhibitor Directory, which is published on the website for another six month after the show is over. Look through it to find the right company and you will see additional information about it in its profile.
How to get in touch with the exhibitor if I lost its business card?
You can find all exhibitors’ contacts in the Exhibitor Directory, which is on the website for another six months after the show.
I found out about this show by chance. How can I get information about the next event in advance?
You can subscribe to the show news free of charge, after that you will receive a notification email about the start of your registration for the next show. In addition, you will be the first to learn about all the news of the show and recommendations.
