INTERCHARM Professional NEW dates: June 18-20, 2020
Our thoughts are with all those impacted by coronavirus. We have been constantly monitoring the COVID-19 outbreak and scrupulously following all the directives issued by the Moscow City Authorities and the World Health Organization (WHO).
After consulting with all our stakeholders, exhibitors, visitors and partners, we have decided to postpone the INTERCHARM Professional to June 18-20, 2020.
The well-being of our customers, partners and employees is our number one priority.
This is not a decision we have taken lightly. Our team has worked incredibly hard on this event for Russian business and industry specialists and, while it is disappointing to postpone, it’s imperative that we prioritise the health and safety of everyone involved.
Our goal remains to provide the best customer value for everyone attending INTERCHARM Professional and to serve the industry in the best conditions of security and serenity. With this in mind, we are already working on new tools and platforms that industry will be able to use to move forward during this difficult period.
The INTERCHARM Professional team is at the disposal of the customers and visitors for any questions they may have and we’re here to support them.
We are grateful for all the support we have received from our INTERCHARM Professional community and we look forward to seeing everyone in June.

Information concerning ticket managing procedures
1. In case you have already purchased the ticket to INTERCHARM Professional, we guarantee that your ticket will be valid on the new dates of the show: June 18-20, 2020.
No additional costs will be charged. You can enter the exhibition and attend all planned events using this ticket. See you at the show!
2. If you are unable to visit INTERCHARM Professional in June, you can get credits equal to the price of INTERCHARM Professional ticket (if purchased before 13:30 March 18, 2020) in exchange to the ticket to autumn InterCHARM held on October 28-31, 2020.
In this case, your current ticket will be deactivated, and as soon as the registration to the autumn show starts, you will receive a unique promocode that you can use when issuing a new ticket - it will be necessary to get a new ticket for the autumn show, as ticket for the spring one will not be valid. Tickets for InterCHARM 2020 will become available by the end of April. Please let us know about your decision by email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
2. If none of the above options suits you, you can ask for the full refund (if your ticket was purchased before 13:30 on March 18, 2020).
You will receive your money to the credit/debit card you paid with. As a rule, it takes 5 working days after processing the return application, however, it depends on your bank. Some banks set the 45 days standard.

It is important that you specify the information concerning your order: e-mail you specified at the registration form, type of the ticket and printed exhibitor directory, if you ordered one. Your request will be considered within 14 days or less. If the information is incorrect or missing, we will contact you to clarify the necessary details.
